We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at The Floorbrite Group. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities.
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday
5pm - 8pm
Compensation:
£12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure adherence to cleaning specifications and standards.
2. Deliver exceptional service quality in line with the established work schedule.
3. Maintain regular communication with clients to foster relationships and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
4. Supervise cleaning staff to ensure compliance with customer service standards.
5. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, keeping clients informed of resolutions.
6. Assist in training and developing cleaning personnel.
7. Monitor staff performance to uphold high cleaning standards.
8. Keep the Area Manager updated on operational matters.
9. Support staff retention efforts.
10. Ensure strict compliance with signing-in procedures.
11. Communicate relevant company and site information to cleaning staff.
12. Implement and uphold the Company Health and Safety Policy alongside specific client requirements.
13. Collaborate with the Area Manager on key operational challenges.
14. Discuss staffing hours and equipment needs with the Area Manager.
15. Manage supply and material needs effectively.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- GCSE Mathematics and English
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in the cleaning sector
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Results-oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with the capability to inspire others
- Good organizational skills
- High standards of personal presentation
- Basic numerical skills
- Ability to identify and implement quality improvements
