A significant portion of their growth stems from the expansion of their commercial team, which focuses on general cross-class commercial clientele from SME to corporate level. This success has led to the recognition of a need for a new Commercial Broking Manager to complement the sales and handling teams.
In this role, you will contribute to shaping the commercial team's development from a technical perspective. Your daily tasks will include:
- Collaborating with panel insurers to drive performance and develop accounts strategically.
- Placement work for technical and large commercial cases.
- Providing technical advice to key commercial clients.
- Identifying process improvements to support overall revenue growth.
- Analyzing data and MI to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting training and development for handling staff.
- Representing the brokerage at insurer events and industry functions.
This is an excellent opportunity to bring your ideas to the table and make a significant impact on the commercial team's success. Ideally, you will have a background in commercial insurance, a passion for placement work, and experience managing relationships with the market.
