Job Title: Graduate Learning Mentor

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduate Learning Mentor to join our team. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students to reach outstanding outcomes of progression and track progress 1-1.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date. The successful candidate will have experience in supporting at-risk students, understanding of teenage students and mental health (SEMH Support), and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students to achieve outstanding outcomes of progression
  • Track progress 1-1 and provide targeted support
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible education
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting at-risk students
  • Understanding of teenage students and mental health (SEMH Support)
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
