Job Title: Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Location: Kettering NN16 8PU

Salary: Up to £19.00 per hour, with a bonus opportunity of up to £800 per month, equating to a basic annual salary of up to £41,990 and OTE of up to £51,990

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week, no weekends

Job Type: Full-time, permanent position

Our client, a multi-award-winning company with 35 body shops nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Spray Painter/Prepper to join their highly efficient and professional body shop team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand and apply spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying
  • Stay up-to-date with product developments and attend relevant training courses
  • Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks before painting
  • Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritizing customer care and satisfaction
  • Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards
  • Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment

Requirements:

  • Preferably with ATA/Level 3 qualification, but not mandatory; 3 years' experience required
