About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Roadmap Manager to join our Alpha Data Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating input from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Technology Product Owners, Product Practice Area Leads, and Client Implementation Leads to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Establish and maintain a standardized process for creating product roadmaps, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Track product versioning, including data warehouse, Alpha Index Hub, and other ADS components.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including Alpha Data Platform and SSCD, to manage product roadmap and track overall product health.
  • Participate in strategic planning, project sequencing, decision-making, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate product roadmap progress and performance to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and monitor cross-project interdependencies, developing solutions to resolve resource conflicts.

  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable gaining commitment and consensus through persuasion and negotiation.
  • Solid decision-maker with responsibility for projects, people, and actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent time management.
  • Skilled relationship manager, adept at building a network of contacts inside an organization.
  • Business results orientation, emphasizing high quality, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Possess knowledge of Jira, Jira workflows, and Jira reporting.
  • Understanding of Release Management.
  • Ability to manage multiple product delivery plans concurrently, prioritizing tasks and interdependencies.
  • Strong project management skills and solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Education and Qualifications
  • University degree in computer science, data management, or other financial services technical field.
  • 12+ years in data management, product, and market data roles and responsibilities.
