We're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team at Pedal Me. As a key member of our data-driven team, you'll play a crucial role in helping us drive business performance and innovation in the cargo bike logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our business intelligence reporting suite, providing actionable insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement a unified data warehouse, integrating data from various systems and databases, including MongoDB, Xero, Deputy, Square, and GPS data from our bike tracking systems.
- Develop innovative data-driven solutions, collaborating with customers and key partners to provide insights into the cargo bike logistics sector.
- Restructure our tech stack, selecting and implementing the most suitable tools and systems to meet the needs of the business.
- Strong background in Business Intelligence, with experience developing insightful reporting and reporting systems.
- Demonstrable experience managing a data warehouse.
- At least 1 year of experience working with SQL databases.
- Experience with Looker, Google Big Query, and/or NoSQL databases like MongoDB is preferred but not essential.
- Experience developing in PHP/Laravel is a huge bonus but not required.
- Comfortable riding a bike in London and dealing with a range of cargo and customers on the ground (full training will be provided).
As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst at Pedal Me, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid role, primarily working from home, with the flexibility to work on-site at our HQ in Southwark or on a distributed basis in central London. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about data-driven innovation and making a positive impact on the environment.
