Role Responsibilities:
As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for conducting swimming lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring that each participant feels encouraged and is making progress towards their swimming objectives.

Customer Engagement:
Engaging with customers and their families is a vital part of this role. You will communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their children's development and provide guidance on their advancement through the swimming program.

Safety and Supervision:
Your role will also involve supervising patrons in and around the swimming pool area, ensuring their safety and maintaining discipline.

Essential Qualifications:

• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
• DBS check
• Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in working closely with customers
• Ability to interact positively with children and their guardians

Salary: Up to £24 per hour

Work Hours: 4 hours per week, on a rota basis.
