Position Overview:

As a Pensions Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Service Delivery Managers within a dynamic consulting environment. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and are eager to contribute to the success of our service delivery initiatives.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Flexible on-site requirements

Compensation: Competitive daily rate (umbrella only)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the management of internal support functions for Service Delivery Managers.
  2. Record, track, and report on service performance metrics relevant to the delivery group.
  3. Gather and analyze evidence for use in service reviews and operational assessments with clients.
  4. Support Service Delivery Managers during internal and external service evaluations.
  5. Contribute to the management of incidents and problems, ensuring effective triage and resolution.
  6. Produce service management documentation to facilitate the successful transition of services into live operations.
  7. Track and document service readiness reviews for new and enhanced offerings.

Qualifications:

A foundational understanding of IT infrastructures is essential, along with familiarity with ITIL principles, which is a key area for professional development.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ServiceNow is required.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, be well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively capturing and collating data.
