We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at City Centre Recruitment.

This role involves the maintenance and general upkeep of residential properties, ensuring they are safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and general repairs
  • Installing light bulbs, fixing shelves, and other household items
  • Maintaining security and Health and Safety arrangements
  • Keeping a log of events and incidents
  • Working 5 days per week

Competitive salary: £12.50+ per hour.
