Senior Scientist - Analytical CMC

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist - Analytical CMC to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our scientific team, you will be responsible for leading the development of analytical techniques and assays that support Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of analytical techniques and assays for CMC activities
  • Establish, qualify, and validate analytical assays to ensure compliance with good quality guidelines
  • Provide technical leadership on assay transfers to Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs)
  • Author and review standard operating procedures, assay qualification/development/transfer/validation reports, and analytical methods
  • Line manage junior colleagues and provide necessary training

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent degree in a life science discipline (e.g. Biochemistry)
  • Proven industry experience working in a laboratory within a Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical setting using techniques such as ELISA, PCR, HPLC, and Western Blotting
