Position Overview

Project Management Specialist - Electric Vehicle Initiatives

Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire, UK

Compensation: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in the expansion of our Electric Vehicle Charging Point (EVCP) Trial project. As a Project Management Specialist, you will be integral to the initiative that enhances our clients' retail network by facilitating the installation of rapid chargers at existing locations and coordinating with various regions for new store setups during construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple project sites concurrently
  • Ensuring comprehensive due diligence is performed for each location
  • Executing all Operational Project Management (OPM) requirements and updating relevant systems as needed
  • Documenting and addressing potential project delays promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining an organized filing system to ensure all essential documents are accessible

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficient in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong data entry skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Capacity to manage a busy and varied workload efficiently
