About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Depot Maintenance Engineer to join our Technical Engineering Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our operational sites and customer locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to the general maintenance of sites, including pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, piping, electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Carry out statutory examinations and inspections to ensure compliance with legislative and company standards.
  • Manage and escalate operational and/or regulatory risks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Promptly investigate and report any incidents or near misses.
  • Contribute to process and functional safety through the utilization of various assessments and recommendations.
  • Keep the asset database up to date and maintain a strong knowledge of industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering, with a CompEx qualification.
  • Knowledge of PSSR, COMAH, ATEX, and CDM regulations.
  • Practical understanding of process design, operation, and installation.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Initiative to work independently and make quick, clear decisions.
  • Ability to communicate complex scenarios to non-technical colleagues.
  • Highly organized and detail-conscious.
