About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at B&Q Swindon Distribution Centre. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the business, including stock controls and cash handling.
  • Coordinate front-of-house services, including bar ordering and customer service.
  • Represent the catering brand at the customer site and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake any other duties required for the effective operation of the site.
Requirements
  • Previous catering experience in a similar environment.
  • Supervisory experience and strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under own initiative.
  • Flexibility to work at multiple outlets and adapt to changing circumstances.
