Asbestos Removal Contract Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Removal Contract Manager to join our team at WRS Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy and forward-thinking company that is committed to staff development and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their asbestos removal needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Plan, quote, and organize labour and plant to ensure efficient and effective asbestos removal operations.
  • Manage and coordinate asbestos removal projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in asbestos removal contracting, preferably within the construction and/or asbestos removal industry.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and methodical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
