Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in the Kent area. As a key member of our health and safety leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and evaluating health and safety standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client health and safety meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Review and implement safe systems of work to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and report findings to management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • IT literate with proficient report-writing skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Construction certificate or equivalent
  • CSCS Professional card
  • First aid training
