Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and develop high-quality care plans for new care packages
  • Review the ongoing support needs of existing clients to ensure continuous delivery of exceptional care
  • Ensure impeccable compliance across all aspects of the business, contributing to achieving a minimum of 'Good' in CQC inspections
  • Assist in managing staff responsibilities by planning, allocating, and evaluating workloads effectively
  • Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures, and approved practices
  • Continuously review and improve processes to ensure the most efficient and effective service delivery
  • Identify and provide training needs for all staff members through induction programs and ongoing development initiatives
  • Collaborate with the team on recruitment and onboarding of new CareGivers
Qualifications
