Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.15pm

Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client, a reputable law firm based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Caseload Management: Manage an interesting and varied caseload, including consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, and property mortgaging/finance.
  • File Management: Maintain a well-organised file management system, adhering to timescales and compliance requirements.
  • Professional Development: Maintain your continuing professional development requirements and take an active interest in furthering your knowledge within the field of law.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor.
  • Following and/or Contacts: Ideally, a following and/or contacts within the industry.
  • Caseload Management: Experience in managing your own caseload of clients and developing business development opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
