We are currently seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a passion for network automation to join our team.

This is a hybrid position based in Central London, requiring up to 3/4 days of office presence per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the health of the network infrastructure using polling and monitoring tools
  • React to alerts and provide resolutions to major incidents
  • Investigate hardware and software problems and collaborate with manufacturer support teams to resolve issues
  • Report and troubleshoot network connectivity issues with third parties and WAN connectivity outages with partners
  • Complete support tickets and network audits to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:
  • Hold a CCNP certification
  • Be proficient in creating and running network automation tools, with experience in Python preferred
  • Familiarity with Ansible/AWX for network automation
  • Skilled in mentoring team members and committed to knowledge sharing for skills development and collaboration
  • Knowledgeable about complex switching and routing concepts
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about ensuring the team meets high performance standards
  • Experience working in Agile environments
