What We Look For:

  • We seek an experienced Chef de Partie or a highly motivated Commis Chef ready for the next step in their culinary journey.
  • A passion for producing high-quality, fresh food and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • A hands-on approach with strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and motivate your team.
  • A willingness to learn new skills, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house staff.
  • Creativity and culinary expertise to contribute to the development of new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain optimal GP and labor control.
  • A proactive attitude towards driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the pub through teamwork and engagement with all departments.
