Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Coordinator to join our team at OCS Group. As an Electrical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the site's electrical duty holder in managing ongoing site electrical repairs, modifications, and projects.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage site electrical plant administration requests
  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) job queue for site electrical activities
  • Issue Authority to Work (ATW) paperwork daily for activities taking place in the day
  • Issue Permit to Work (PTW) for hot work and working at height
  • Manage Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) activities and requests
  • Arrange scaffolding services as required
  • Audit site electrical contractors throughout the day
  • Scope out future work and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the site electrical manager and deputize as necessary
  • Support site electrical capital projects as required

Requirements

  • Functional skills in English and mathematics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • NVQ L3 in Electrical Engineering
  • 18th edition regulations (BS7671)
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification
