Workshop Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workshop Operative to join our client's team in Colden Common, Winchester. As a leading manufacturer of bespoke sculptures, models, and prototype objects, we require an individual with a passion for precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Painting, sanding, and prepping of various materials
  • Welding and laminating fibreglass mats
  • Working collaboratively with a small team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a mechanical or production environment
  • Proficiency in using hand tools
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Good dexterity and willingness to learn
  • Driving licence preferred due to location
What We Offer:
  • Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 5pm (1hr lunch break deducted)
  • Overtime available at x1.5 and x2
  • Starting rate of £12ph (£23k annual salary), with potential uplift to £25k-£30k once permanent
