Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of complex procurement projects, working closely with a Local Authority in Camden to achieve maximum savings and efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and shape the delivery of individual procurement projects at OJEU levels and above, ensuring timely completion and maximum value for money.
- Take projects from initiation to contract implementation, with responsibility for maximizing savings and efficiencies from goods and services while maintaining quality standards.
- Deliver procurement projects for a range of different categories and services across the Council, leveraging expertise in specific service areas.
Requirements:
- Certification in procurement or experience working in a professional procurement environment, preferably with CIPS certification.
- Proven track record of leading complex public sector procurement projects, with a focus on tendering and delivering savings against demanding timescales.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of professionals in service areas.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
- Right to work in the UK.
