Job Title: Robotic Spot Welder

Nelson Permanent Placements is representing a reputable international Manufacturing business seeking an experienced Robotic Spot Welder to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain robotic spot welding machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure that parts produced meet quality standards and are correct to drawings.
  • Maintain good levels of 5 S on all machines, areas, and tooling to promote a safe and organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes to drive improvements in all aspects of the team.
Working Hours:

39 hours per week, working a 2-week rota shift pattern. Shift 1: Monday-Thursday 6am-2pm, Friday 6am-1pm. Shift 2: Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 1pm-8pm.
