About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Communications Executive to join our team at Scrutton Bland. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our communication strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our services and enhance brand visibility.

Create Compelling Content

Create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.

Conduct Research and Analysis

Conduct research to identify news and communication ideas relevant to our industry and target market.

Collaborate with Internal Teams

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.

Manage Internal Communications

Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with company initiatives.

Organize Events

Organize and support events to promote brand awareness and foster client relationships.

Monitor and Analyze Campaigns

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is desirable.

Proven Experience

Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a professional services firm.

Key Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Creative Thinking

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Teamwork and Collaboration

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
