This position encompasses a comprehensive recruitment role, where we encourage versatility among our team members. Daily responsibilities will include:

• Maximizing potential within our established client base
• Providing mentorship and support to team colleagues
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities
• Leading by example in interviewing and registering candidates, ensuring full compliance with the registration process
• Welcoming new staff on their first day at client sites
• Managing bookings through our CRM to guarantee compliant payroll
• Creating candidate specifications for client submissions
• Ensuring timely fulfillment of all client vacancies
• Compiling and sharing client KPIs
• Crafting job advertisements for major job boards and social media platforms
