We are seeking a Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.

As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ staff members, coaching and training them to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our award-winning Hickory's Academy, which provides comprehensive training and development programs for our team members.

Our generous package includes a salary of up to £41,000 per year, including Tip Jar, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:
