Job Overview

Big Fish Little Fish is seeking a skilled and versatile Mobile Fleet Technician to join our dynamic mobile team. This position is essential for maintaining the vehicles of various fleet operators and businesses with leased vehicles, including cars, minibuses, and light commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Visiting multiple sites to perform scheduled servicing, repairs, and inspections on vehicles that can be serviced on-site.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, contributing to the overall efficiency of our fleet maintenance operations.
Work Schedule

This role requires a commitment of Monday to Friday, totaling 45 hours per week, with the expectation of working every other Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in the field.
  • A valid driver's license and be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
Provided Resources

As part of your role, you will receive:

  • A company vehicle for travel to various sites.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and necessary larger tools.
  • Opportunity for overtime and participation in a bonus scheme.
Health and Safety

In light of current health guidelines, Big Fish Little Fish ensures that all team members are provided with PPE and access to rapid flow tests to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Type

This is a full-time, permanent position with additional pay opportunities, including performance bonuses and overtime.
