Your mission will be to engage with our expansive database of potential charity clients, harnessing your sales prowess to convert conversations into meaningful actions, helping charities maximise their resources through better utility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform outbound calls to gauge client needs, articulate our unique selling points, and handle objections like a pro.
- Make between calls a day.
- Cultivate and manage a personal pipeline, meeting and exceeding KPIs through strategic actions.
- Foster enduring relationships that build trust and encourage repeat engagements.
- You're a relationship-builder, confident in your ability to communicate effectively.
- Independent, adept at managing your own workflow, and thrive under pressure.
- A natural at negotiation, with a knack for prioritising tasks.
- Team player, resilient, ambitious, and relentlessly driven towards targets.
- Starting Salary £22,776 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
