Employment Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team in Hammersmith. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build effective relationships with participants, working collaboratively to identify and overcome barriers to employment.
  • Partner with participants to create comprehensive action plans, identifying career opportunities and employment-related barriers.
  • Provide job search support, guiding participants to register on relevant job boards and ensuring their digital profiles are up-to-date.
  • Ensure participants have a professional CV, supporting statement, and covering letter tailored for each application.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Desire to help people and make a positive impact.
