Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at H International Consultant / HIa Legal. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth
    • Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer
    • Manage and reconcile the Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Accounting and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
    • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
    • Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met
  • Commercial Accounting
    • Support the Finance Director in the preparation of the annual budget
    • Provide detailed schedule, variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast and last year
    • Contribute to the implementation of a new Purchase Order (PO) system
  • Business Partnership
    • Act as a business partner for marketing, collaborating with the marketing heads to ensure marketing expenditures are in line with the budget
    Requirements
    • ACCA/ CIMA or ACA fully qualified
    • Multi-site experience with retail or wholesale sector experience
    • Minimum of an intermediate level of Excel
