Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all cleaning activities are executed to the highest standards within designated timeframes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of cleaning personnel, providing them with the necessary training and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and uphold safety protocols in line with industry regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all team members.
- Operational Coordination: Manage daily site activities, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with project timelines.
- Quality Monitoring: Oversee the quality of work and materials used, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Liaison Role: Act as a communication bridge between management, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid CSCS card and relevant certifications.
- Ability to provide references from previous employers.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within the construction or cleaning sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
