Overview of Role

At Jardine Motors Group, our Contact Centre Executives play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for listening to customer requirements, suggesting products and services, and ensuring every customer feels valued.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
  • Handle inbound booking calls for service departments, delivering customer service excellence and maximising profitability.
  • Carry out outbound service, MOT, vehicle maintenance, and aftersales-related booking calls for divisional service departments.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for divisional marketing campaigns, as required.
  • Build valuable relationships with customers, focusing on increasing customer retention.
  • Maintain the Central Dealer Management System (ADP Autoline) in accordance with Jardine Motors Group's database policies and procedures.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstratable communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products and working with databases is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in regard to vehicle servicing and maintenance, is desirable.
  • Ability to comply with all company and manufacturer policies and procedures.
