About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Technologist to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving quality and sustainability initiatives across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a robust supply base that meets our quality and sustainability standards.
  2. Nurture and grow relationships with suppliers to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the product development process.
  3. Work closely with buyers and designers to ensure that products meet our quality and trend expectations.
  4. Monitor and control the sealing process, supplier communication, and overall testing to ensure the highest quality products.
  5. Set and measure parameters to reduce returns rates and optimize the supply chain.
  6. Manage cost prices and support buyers with changes to the sealing or delivery process.
  7. Support the development of the wider team, including training and performance reviews.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in product development and quality assurance.
  • Strong supplier management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
