Project Manager - M&E

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join CH4 Mechanical & Electrical Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the region.
  • Implement and continuously improve health, safety, and quality processes.
  • Lead in identifying and specifying project opportunities while ensuring the successful delivery of contractual commitments.
  • Drive project development, increasing turnover and profitability.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain healthy and safe working conditions, ensuring effective implementation of health and safety policies across company and subcontractor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and preferred suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions that meet quality expectations while managing risk.
  • Develop project financial plans focused on revenue and profit delivery.
  • Manage project delivery within budget constraints, aiming to maximise profit through cost reductions and efficient procurement of subcontractor services.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of project management.
  • Typically has a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent client-facing abilities.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Capable of demonstrating logical thinking, strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and initiative.
  • Well-organised with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Certifications: SMSTS and ECS Gold/Black Card is a minimum requirement for this role.
