Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as cleaning, stocking, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Ability to stand and move for most of your shift.
- Ability to lift up to 5kg – 25kg occasionally.
- Ability to handle weather-related moments, such as rain at the drive-thru or taking rubbish out in the summer.
- Ability to wear a headset and use other restaurant equipment, such as an order taking system or grill.
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines.
