Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Band 5 Dietitian to join our friendly and experienced dietetic department at Weston General Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside specialist dietitians with expertise in a range of specialities, including gastroenterology, diabetes, critical care, surgery, frailty, food policy, and oncology.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a smaller, supportive dietetic team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective dietetic plans to meet the needs of patients with a range of clinical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of food policy initiatives and promote MUST screening
- Deliver training and education to patients and healthcare staff
