Job Title: Installation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Installation Project Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of bespoke kitchens for luxury clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage site surveys and installation schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Liaise with sales/design teams, suppliers, fitters, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and survey client homes, and follow up on job progress
  • Take ownership of informing clients about project updates and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Ensure all remedial work is completed quickly to achieve full customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on kitchen design and installation
  • Knowledge of kitchen design and installation principles, with practical hands-on experience
  • Full clean UK driver's license
