Project Oversight and Coordination:
*Direct and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
*Create comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, risk evaluations, and financial forecasts.
*Facilitate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal personnel.
*Track and report on project advancements, identifying and addressing risks and challenges.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
*Conduct regular site assessments and meetings with clients to evaluate project progress and resolve any issues.
*Supervise all technical facets of the project, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
*Guarantee that all fit-outs achieve the highest quality benchmarks.
*Diagnose and resolve any technical challenges that emerge during the project lifecycle.

Resource Allocation and Management:
*Oversee and regulate project expenditures, ensuring budget compliance.
*Ensure all projects adhere to pertinent health and safety regulations.
*Perform regular site evaluations to enforce safety protocols and standards.
*Compile and maintain thorough project documentation, including progress updates, budget summaries, and risk assessments.
*Provide consistent updates to senior management regarding project status and performance.
*Ensure all project records are precise, current, and readily accessible.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the construction sector.
*Demonstrated success in managing commercial fit-out projects.
*Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, installation methodologies, and industry standards.
*Strong grasp of project management principles and tools.

Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
*Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
*Familiarity with contemporary project management software and tools.

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel extensively and work away from home as required.
*Flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines.
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
