We're seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Bank Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you'll provide support to individuals in their homes and communities, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
