Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of our students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support lesson planning in the absence of teachers and teaching assistants
  • Provide pastoral support to students as needed
  • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition of work
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and teaching assistants to create a positive learning environment
  • Take on the role of Exams Officer for our small cohort of students
