Job Title: Agronomic Insights Specialist

H L Hutchinson Limited is seeking a skilled Agronomic Insights Specialist to join our team. As a leading provider of agronomic advice in the UK, we are passionate about providing our team with high-quality trials data to support them in the delivery of advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective communications plans to provide updates and insights from trials activity, utilizing new communications methods and platforms for increased impact.
  • Build strong working relationships with various stakeholders to create engagement in trials through the full trials life cycle.
  • Project management and coordination.
  • Utilize bespoke software to optimize trial data collation and analysis to identify key findings.
  • Attend and provide feedback to the team on relevant conferences and forums.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about sharing technical knowledge and insights with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with various audiences and tailor communications accordingly.
  • Experience in the agricultural or agronomy field is advantageous.
  • Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the UK to visit trials sites and meet with colleagues.
