Metallurgical Quality Controller Opportunity

Uniting People is seeking a skilled Metallurgical Quality Controller to join our team. As a key member of our Proof Machining business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the conformance of designated materials and processes, supporting the quality of product, and driving innovation through extreme engineering and advanced materials technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement production routing, streamlining, and executing the transition into industrial-level production.
  2. Oversee the creation, review, and understanding of technical documentation, including records of process and production methodologies and quality assurance documentation.
  3. Analyze testing results and report on designated alloys, producing root cause analysis and helping improve future produced alloys.
  4. Witness metallurgical operations and organize improvement project meetings to implement continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Educated to Degree Level (considerable experience may be considered in replacement for education).
  2. Strong data analysis skills and effective decision-making abilities.
  3. Ability to articulate ideas with all areas of the company and focused, efficient problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to create and follow project plans.
