About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Specialist to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for targeting Architects, Specifiers, Landscape Architects, Engineers, and Local Authorities to assist in the specification process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specification Process: Target key decision-makers to assist in the specification process of our building products.
  • Industry Networking: Establish new sales opportunities through industry networking and interrogation of our CRM system.
  • Customer Service: Provide existing customers with a high level of service, including monthly reports on trends and sales performance.
  • CRM Management: Manage all customer contact information through the use of our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Technical Competence: Technically competent with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Commercial Awareness: Ability to recognise commercial opportunities and develop new business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a specification role involving hard landscaping or building product specification.
