This position is based at our North Wales Head Office, with occasional travel to various sites using a company vehicle, thus a valid driving license is a requirement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance to staff members.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide outstanding IT services.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an IT Support capacity.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and/or O365 administration.
  • Experience in supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Basic understanding of networking and security principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A passion for problem-solving and solution-finding.
