Are you a qualified Mortgage Advisor looking to take your career to the next level? Do you want to work with a leading estate agency that offers a transparent progression structure and real monetary value?

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our Estate Agency team. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional client care and service, helping each client find the solution that best suits their individual needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with estate agency colleagues to maximise mortgage and protection sales from quality leads.
  • Deliver industry-leading levels of client care and service, helping clients find the best mortgage solution for their needs.
  • Advise on and arrange residential mortgages, Buy to Let mortgages, remortgages, and product transfers, as well as award-winning non-regulated insurance products.
  • Work with the residential team to provide feedback on progress and leads.
Requirements:
  • Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
  • Banking or financial background preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (working towards targets/objectives).
  • Positive and resilient attitude.
  • Naturally driven to reach and exceed goals.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Numerate and detail-conscious.
