Role Overview

As a Lead Safety Investigator, reporting to the Senior Trust and Safety Manager (EMEA), you will engage in intricate investigations that involve content evaluation and threat detection on the Twitch platform. Your dedication to maintaining a secure community environment is crucial.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and optimize processes to bolster community safety
  • Address critical escalations swiftly and collaborate across departments to resolve issues effectively
  • Evaluate appeals, manage legal inquiries, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary
  • Adopt a comprehensive approach to safety operations, positively influencing team goals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work setting and contribute to a global team operating around the clock
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trust and Safety operations
  • Proven expertise in investigating content breaches
  • Strong project management capabilities with cross-departmental teams
  • Fluency in Russian, German, Japanese, or Chinese
  • Hybrid work model options available
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in Russian, German, Japanese, or Chinese is advantageous.
