Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Belfast - Competitive Salary + Enhanced OT Rates

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with HAYS Specialist Recruitment, you will be responsible for monitoring performance, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs and adjustments as necessary. You will also contribute to continuous process improvement, including preventative maintenance, utility maintenance, modifications, and maintaining a spares package at site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance and carrying out fault diagnosis and running adjustments/repairs as necessary.
  • Continuous process improvement, including preventative maintenance, maintaining utilities, modifications and maintaining the spares package at site.
  • Providing support for the installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.
  • Enhanced overtime rates paid at 1.5 up until Saturday at 14:00 and at double time from 14:00 Saturday and all day Sunday.
  • 25 days holidays plus 9 stat days (may be required to work up to 5 of these, but you will be paid double time for this day and can use your stat day at another time).
  • Additional amount paid to be a first-aider and full training is provided.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Sick pay depending on length of service.
