Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including supervisors, to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food quality.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and take corrective action to resolve issues.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and monitor food storage and handling procedures.
- Operations and Administration: Oversee restaurant operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, manage promotions, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for restaurant staff, including onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, and relevant certifications, such as food safety or customer service.
