We are a leading golf business providing premium golf-related benefits to our valued members. Our company operates an intensive private and public events schedule, a partner club program, and a golf concierge service. We have established relationships with golf clubs, golf and lifestyle brands, and our members. We are a small team who share and delegate responsibilities where necessary.

Overview and Key Responsibilities

You will be the customer-facing representative of our member's concierge service. This role is all about delivering exceptional customer service and forging strong relationships with our members and partner golf clubs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reacting to all concierge requests in a timely fashion
  • Managing tee time bookings utilizing our corporate memberships
  • Invoice members for their tee time bookings when necessary
  • Monitoring invoices to ensure all payments are made within the required time frame
  • Dealing with tee-time enquiries made via email or phone, ensuring they are always added to the main system
  • Reporting any anomalies discovered on the MASHIE App to the app development team
  • Working with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Maintaining a document of current processes and contributing to the improvement of these procedures
  • Maintaining a resolution and escalation process for issues in this area of the business
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working within the golf industry or in a concierge role
  • A good understanding of golf, the rules, playing formats, and etiquette of the game
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages (Excel/Outlook/Word)
  • BASIC working knowledge of Xero is preferable, but not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to work to strict timelines
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated person with a problem-solving mind
  • Great communication/presentation skills and able to work efficiently alone or within a small team
  • Be self-motivated, with good time management skills
  • Confident in written and telephone communications
  • A full, clean driving license and own transport
