About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Coach to join our team at FIND | Creating Futures. As a Data Analyst Coach, you will play a key part in developing and supporting Data Analyst apprentices through their Level 4 apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to data analytics apprentices.
- Conduct workshops and provide hands-on exercises to groups of learners to enhance data analysis skills.
- Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create personalised learning plans tailored to individual apprentices' needs and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve coaching and mentoring programs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for apprentices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years data analytics or data science experience.
- Python, SQL, and Power BI or Tableau experience.
- Some form of coaching or training experience.
